Stress can cause a lot of negatives to your wellness and there are those that cope with it by eating more, that is not going to be good news for the goals that you've set. So, always live happier. Try taking to your doctor too. You would be surprised at the number of things that he can do for you. Some people have slower fat burning capacity due to underlying conditions. Your doctor may be able to address the issue and help you be on your way to a healthier, leaner you.
