The Worst type of Food items on earth!

By Vanessa Summer

The world is full of food that tastes good and is still very bad for you. While we can identify many of these foods on sight--most of the food you will order at a fast food restaurant, for example, is quite enjoyable to eat but will do terrible things to your body and is made of far too many calories to even be considered healthy. But what about all of those foods that, on the outside, appear to be wise choices? What about the food that you purchase for your kids? In this article we can take a look at a few of the very worst things you could ever feed yourself or your family members.

Macaroni and cheese, surprisingly, is one of the worst things that you can order. While the produce at home on your own version from Kraft or Annie's is fairly harmless, the mac and cheese you get at a restaurant usually is not. The Kids' Mac and Cheese dinner from California Pizza Kitchen, as an example is frighteningly unfit. Just one particular arrangement of this food holds virtually forty grams of saturated fat, over sixteen hundred milligrams of sodium and more than one thousand calories. No portion of that is actually nutritious.

How often have you purchased one of those frozen pot pies from your grocery store? On the surface these seem like good, healthy last minute dinners or lunches but the fact is that most of them are loaded with extra calories. The pot pies created by Stouffer's, for instance, are full of almost eighteen hundred milligrams of sodium, more than sixty grams of fat and more than eleven hundred calories. If you are endeavoring to lose fat you could wind up eating all of your daily calories with just this one food item!

You are likely under the impression that if you are going to get something from a sandwich shop, the vegetarian sandwich is your healthiest option, right? The genuine truth is that these sandwiches usually are dressed with dressings and other condiments which contribute to making them just as unhealthy as a meat-based sandwich. The vegetarian sandwich you will be eating from Blimpies is set with more than thirty five hundred milligrams of sodium, almost sixty grams of fat and almost twelve hundred calories. How on earth can that ever be healthy for you?

A salad must be healthy, right? Most people assume it is accurate anyway. When we would like something easy and healthy we usually turn toward a salad to fill us up with food that is good for us. You will likely be surprised to read, then, that there are some salads that are quite unhealthy. TGI Fridays's Santa Fe chopped salad, to use one example, features nearly eighteen hundred calories. This may well be because the salad is the size of a huge dinner plate but think about it: do you want all of your caloric intake for the day to be used up by this one salad?

The fact is that most of the food that we purchase on the go or in restaurants is simply not going to be as good for us as the food we make ourselves. Cooking at home might feel boring or bothersome but if you are trying to lose weight and get healthy, this is the best thing that you can do for yourself.
